City & Guilds VRQ Level 2 in Barista Skills
An approved training syllabus that rewards you by an internationally recognised qualification - the City & Guilds Barista Level 2 VRQ.
The three days-session has been designed for people who wants to developed coffee knowledge & skills to more professional level.
There are no minimum standards required, however it is an advantage if you have some experience of making espresso based drinks, but it is not a requirement. The candidates will have plenty of time to explore and practice all contents.
The qualification centres on coffee and in particular espresso, but also incorporates filter coffee, tea, chocolate, juices and smoothies.
During the third day of the session, the cadidates will be assessed with a practical and written exam in order to achieve the VRQ qualification.
